We’ve spent the past 30 years living and working across the wild spaces of Southern Africa. From running remote bush camps to leading operations for some of Africa’s most respected safari brands, we’ve been in the thick of it — guiding guests, managing teams, troubleshooting aircraft on dirt airstrips, and pouring whisky by the fire under the stars.

Along the way, we’ve led multi-property safari portfolios, overseen teams of 200+ people, and shaped guest experiences for travellers from all over the world. We’ve worked everywhere from luxury camps and community-based lodges to conservation-first operations that rethink how tourism can serve people and planet.
